Backups with the 3-2-1 strategy
Backups only count when they follow a strategy. We apply the industry-standard 3-2-1 rule: at least three copies of your website, on two different types of storage, with at least one copy stored off-site.
In practice, that means daily backups stored in three different locations, with a retention of 14 to 30 days depending on your package. If a plugin update ever misbehaves, or worse, we roll your website back in no time.
Combined with our updates-on-a-test-server-first approach, this is why our websites stay above 99.9% uptime, maintenance included. And you don’t have to take our word for it: uptime is independently monitored with Uptime Kuma, and we share the reports with you.
Security & GDPR services included
Our support packages include far more than hosting and updates. Security comes standard: a Wordfence Premium firewall with real-time rule updates, a real-time IP blacklist, brute force protection, two-step verification for administrators and continuous downtime monitoring with Uptime Kuma, including uptime reports we happily share with you.
GDPR is covered too. We run monthly cookie scans, keep your cookie policy and cookie pop-up up to date via Cookie Script, and monitor the third-party scripts on your website so nothing sneaks in unnoticed. For measuring your traffic, we set up ethical, privacy-first analytics with Matomo, with dashboarding on request.
We even run a separate SMTP mail server for your website’s email, so contact forms and notifications keep flowing reliably, independent of the webhosting itself. And premium licenses like Bricks Builder, Wordfence Premium, Duplicator Pro and Advanced Database Cleaner PRO? All included, along with periodic database cleaning to keep your website lean and fast.
Easy to understand support packages
No fine print, no surprise add-ons. Both packages include hosting, backups, all security & GDPR services and the premium licenses listed above. The differences? How often we run maintenance, and how many development hours you get to spend freely each month.
Your included development hours are yours to spend freely on content updates and minor development changes. Hours are allocated monthly, or pooled per year (12 or 48 hours) if you opt for yearly invoicing, which also earns you a one month discount. Additional development work is billed transparently at €85/hr ex. VAT.
And no lock-in, ever: you can cancel by email, the contract simply ends at the end of the billing period, and if you ever want to move to another host, we’ll even help you migrate. We win clients with our work, not with contracts.
