Quares Student Housing
The Client
Quares Student Housing invests in high-quality and affordable housing and rents it out to students and ‘young professionals’ in Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège and Leuven.
The Challenge
Every year, Quares Student Housing publishes an ‘annual report’, for which Root has been designing the cover for several years in a row. In addition, we also designed a recruitment brochure aimed at future investors.
Our Solution
The main theme of Quares Student Housing are students and young professionals. Also important is the great diversity of these people.
We opted for illustrations in the design for both the various covers of the annual reports and the recruitment brochure. This gave us a lot of creative space in both the idea and the elaboration and we were able to depict the main theme in an original way.
The Result
We used the illustrative approach for each annual report, which has made the reports a real collector’s item by now. We did the same for the recruitment brochure.
