The Client

Le Jules is a real estate project in Evere by Ciril. The building is environmentally friendly designed with rainwater recovery, central heating with an efficient heat pump and solar panels generating part of the electricity.

Le Jules will have spacious balconies or terraces, a large communal terrace overlooking a mini forest, a central laundry, 182 square meters of storage space for bicycles and 87 parking spaces.

The Challenge

Promoting the launch of real estate project Le Jules in Evere and surrounding areas in Dutch, English and French. The focus was generating Marketing Qualified Leads through brochure downloads and generating Sales Qualified Leads.

Our Solution

As the project was targeting a multilingual audience in Brussels, where Dutch, French and English are prominent, we knew that Facebook ads would be an effective way to reach potential buyers.

Our team created targeted campaigns in Dutch, English and French, aimed at reaching people in Brussels and surrounding areas. In addition to targeting the local population, we also targeted expats living in Brussels, as the city is a popular destination for expats. We used a variety of ad formats to generate traffic to the project website, marketing qualified leads through brochure downloads, and ultimately sales qualified leads through remarketing ads. The campaigns were designed to engage potential buyers at different stages of the buying journey.

The Result

By reaching both the local population and expats, we were able to generate a large number of leads for real estate project Le Jules. Thanks to our efforts, the launch of Le Jules was a success.  In December 2022, the entire project of Le Jules was purchased by Brussels housing companies Everecity and SLRB-BGHM. This project near the NATO headquarters in Evere, once an office building, will provide modern social housing for 80 families starting in 2025.
