The Client

Hastrid is a real estate project in Hasselt by project developer Ciril. Quiet living surrounded by green, yet close to everything. Hastrid makes living in a dream location like Hasselt affordable. Right next to the small ring of Hasselt, just a few minutes away from the lively and flourishing city center.

The Challenge

Firstly Hastrid had to become known by everyone in and around Hasselt. The ultimate end goal was to generate as many quality leads as possible in order to sell the entire real estate project quickly.

Ciril had already laid a strong foundation thanks to their project website and some initial test campaigns with digital marketing and lead generation. Ciril called us to help because they were dissatisfied with the results of their test campaigns. Our goal is to increase both the quality of leads and the total number of real estate leads for Hastrid.

Our Solution

Due to the low quality of their leads, real estate agents lost a lot of time following up on leads that were not going to convert. Through various methods such as asking additional audit questions, we increased the quality of the leads so the real estate agents could spend their time as efficiently as possible.

Throughout the development of the Hastrid project, we successfully maintained a consistent level of buzz and excitement by implementing a combination of brand awareness campaigns and promotion of organic posts. After a successful visibility campaign, it was time to shift our focus to more direct lead generation campaigns. Seeing the constant stream of website visitors, we also implemented remarketing efforts to rack up the low cost, yet high quality leads.

The Result

Our efforts resulted in an increase in visibility and website traffic. The efforts of our lead generation campaigns inevitably led to a substantial number of brochure requests and contact inquiries.
